Through The Ridge Practice, the counselling branch of Haylin Associates, Hayley Vaughan-Smith, Qualified Therapeutic Counsellor (Ad. Dip. Psy C. (MNCS Accred)) offers person-centred therapy for people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, bereavement, relationship difficulties, stress, and life transitions.

We believe therapy should provide a safe, compassionate space where people feel heard, supported, and able to explore difficult emotions without judgement. Together, we work towards greater clarity, self-awareness, and connection, helping you better understand yourself and navigate challenges with confidence.

As part of Haylin Associates, The Ridge Practice shares a wider commitment to communication, growth, and meaningful connection; recognising that lasting change often begins with individual wellbeing.
